摘要财务杠杆的运用,不仅能提高公司的经营效率,而且有利于完善公司的治理结构,同时对
资本市场投融资环境的改善也有深远的影响。公司金融的文献表明,公司成长性与财务杠杆存在一定的
关系。我们通过对云南上市公司成长性与财务杠杆的实证研究,分析了云南上市公司资本配置的合理性,
为这些公司的持续成长提出相应的政策建议。
