摘要
本文是对在联合国粮农组织中文翻译部门的实习的一个报告总结。实习持续
时间是从 2011 年 2 月 20 至 4 月 20 日。本文从粮农组织的翻译工具、翻译流程
以及人员配备等方面对中文翻译组进行介绍,指出特点并提出改革意见,供机构
翻译部门以及翻译公司参考。本文首先对粮农组织的特点和职能进行介绍,并由
此引入粮农组织文本的特点;其次介绍粮农组织使用的三大翻译电子工具,其特
点以及缺陷;然后引出粮农组织翻译部门的译员配备;最后综合上述几个内容提
出笔者总结的几个机构翻译部门改革的建议。

ABSTRACT
This article is a general report on the internship conducted during the period
from February to April of 2011 in FAO, the Rome-based anization. The
purpose of this report is to facilitate translation departments in international
organizations as well as panies through a briefing of the FAO
translation group in terms of translation tool application, translation process
management and anization. It will start by presenting the characteristics
and functions of FAO and the innate characteristics of FAO documents, then move on
to introducing the three major electronic devices adopted as well as the personnel
organization. Last last but not the least, conclude by raising some suggestions for
improvement anizational translation groups.
