体验式学习在基础护理操作技能训练中的应用

响。从 2009 级大专护理班中随机整群抽取 3 个班为观察组共 145 名,3 个班为对照组共 143 名。两组同期按计划开设《基

Application of Experiential Learning in Training of Basic Nursing Skills

Abstract: Objective To discuss the influence of experiential learning on the teaching of basic nursing skills and on students’
petence. Methods With cluster sampling, 3 classes in Grade 2009 were selected as observation group and
another 3 as control group. In control group, traditional teaching method was applied while in observation group, experiential learning
model was employed. Results Students in observation group performed better in three skill tests which were held in different
