医学生医患沟通能力培养模式的探讨

〔摘要〕目的探讨以问题为基础的教学模式( Problem - Based Learning,PBL) 对医学生医患沟通能力培养的作用。方法
将某校留校实习的学生分为 PBL 教学组与传统大课教学对照组,PBL 教学组以学生为中心,其基本模式为: 以问题引导( 或精
讲) →自学( 及临床实践) →讨论→评估; 传统大课教学组以教师为中心,其基本模式为: 理论课→见习课。教学结束后对两组
学生独自完成医患沟通进行考核,由患者和/或家属及考核教师评分。结果 PBL 教学组学生评分普遍高于传统大课教学对照
组。结论 PBL 教学模式与传统大课教学模式相比能明显提高医学生医患沟通能力。
