内容摘要:本文借鉴国内外高校新生适应期教育研究实践,结合大一新生适应期的特点和实际需求,拟提出大学新生适应期教育框架体系,预构建了可供高校参考实施的新生适应期教育体系。为大一新生解除思想困惑、确立正确方向、把握发展机遇、尽快适应大学生活,提高教育质量,探索出新的途径。

The Enlightenment of the Research of Foreign Freshmen’s Adaptation Period Education to that of China

Abstract: Based on the research and practice of the domestic and foreign university freshmen's adaptation period education, this paper proposes Freshmen's adaptation to the education system and the construction of university reference implementation for the new period education bined with its characteristics and actual demands. This paper explores a new way to lift the ideological confusion , to establish a correct direction, to grasp the development opportunities and improve the quality of education for the freshmen.

大一新生适应期教育工作的研究不仅是高校思想政治教育的重要内容,也是高校人才培养的重要基础。设计好新生适应期教育工作的内容体系,多种方式相结合做好新生适应期教育工作,对于帮助新生树立远大目标、适应大学环境和合理制定生涯规划,具有重要意义。
国内外研究现状
(一) 国外研究现状
西方发达国家非常重视新生适应期教育,对大学新生适应期的研究也比较全面和系统。早在60年代就有人对大学新生如何度过适应期进行研究,主要内容涉及大学对新生个体成长的影响、大学新生适应大学生活的过程、影响大学新生入学适应的因素、帮助大学新生适应大学生活的措施四个方面。[1]专家学者比较重视对新生适应过渡期的研究,指出了影响新生适应中的许多因素,提出了帮助大学生如何适应的许多措施。1972年,美国南卡罗来纳大学率先为新生把入学教育专项内容纳入到正式课程中,并在1986年成立了“全国第一年教育研究中心”。美国的哈佛大学设计了完整的
