我国出口企业核心竞争力的培育与构建
摘要:随着现代市场经济的发展,企业间国际竞争日趋激烈。企业的核心竞争力是一个企业保持持续竞争优势的源泉,是企业生存和发展的关键,更是一国出口企业在国际市场上制胜的关键。企业核心竞争力的培育、维护和提升是一个循环往复不断重复的过程,随着我国加入WTO,国内企业要想在市场竞争中保持持续的优势,就要不断审视自己和竞争对手,不断学习和创新,不断培育、维护和提升自己的核心竞争力。本文在核心竞争力相关基本理论解析的基础上,运用文献分析和理论分析的方法分析了我国入世后培育国内企业核心竞争力的迫切性,针对国内企业核心竞争力的现状提出通过掌握先进的专项技术,培育企业技术核心能力,实施品牌战略等措施提高国内企业核心竞争力。

Cultivation and Construction of Chinese Export Enterprises’ petivenes
Abstract:With the development of the modern market economy,the petition between the enterprises are increasingly fierce. The core -competitiveness of enterprises is the enterprises’ source of petitive advantage, the key to the survival and development, and the key to winning in the international market. The cultivation, maintenance and improvement of enterprises’ petitiveness is a cyclical and repeated process. With the domestic enterprises in China joining the WTO, we must constantly examine ourselves and petitors, learn and innovate , nurture and maintain our core- competitiveness pete in the market and maintain a sustainable advantage. Based on the basic theoretical analysis related to petencies, this paper uses literature analysis and theoretical analysis to analyses the urgency of nurturing the domestic enterprises’ petitiveness after our country entering into WTO. And this paper also gives the measures to master the special technology, to foster panies’ technological petencies, and to enhance the petitiveness of domestic enterprises by the implementation of brand strategy.
