摘要以双氧水为氧化剂,采用蒸馏水做溶剂,研究了催化氧化-萃取法生产超低硫戊烷技术,考察了催化剂、助催化剂以及氧化条件对脱硫效果的影响。在戊烷10mL,,,,温度50 ℃,时间100min;反应混合物采用蒸馏水萃取,萃取温度15℃,萃取时间为15min,剂油比为2:1的条件下,/L,%。

Ultra-deep desulfurization of pentane with hydrogen peroxide by catalytic oxidation-extraction process

Abstract A method of producing ultra-low sulfur pentane by a catalytic oxidation-extraction process is studied, which using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and distilled water as solvent. The effects of catalyst, cocatalyst and oxidation conditions on desulphurization are studied. At the reaction conditions of 10 mL of pentane raw material, mL hydrogen peroxide, g tungstic acid catalyst, cocatalyst methanol, temperature is 50 ℃, reaction time 100 min, and distilled water is used as extractant for reaction mixture, extraction temperature is 15℃, extraction time 15 min, and solvent/oil ratio 2:1, the sulfur content of pentane is reduced from mg/L to mg/L, and desulphurization rate reaches up to %.
