摘要
work marketing)也称在线营销,是指利用网络通信技术进行营销的一种电子商务活动。随着因特网和电子商务应用的迅速普及,网络营销也迅速兴起并快速发展,且成为电子商务加速推广的重要推动力。结合我国加入WTO现状:一是在世界贸易领域的地位明显提高,二是互联网的发展与到来为我国企业提供了良好机遇,但同时也带来了挑战,主要表现互联网基础薄弱、企业与消费者传统观念的束缚等制约我国企业网络营销的开展。本文主要通过研究网络营销产生的背景,在对网络营销的涵义、特征进行概述的基础之上,进一步分析了中国企业网络营销的发展现状及与先进国家相比存在的主要问题,提出了与我国现代企业相适应的政府策略、企业网络营销策略及网络安全策略,促使网络营销在我国健康稳定的发展。
