摘要
近十年来,中美贸易关系取得了长足发展,双边贸易额持续增长,但在双方贸易额迅速扩大的基础上我国对美贸易顺差明显,且贸易额日趋扩大。随之而来的是中美贸易摩擦事件的频繁发生,如果这种现象得不到有效控制,它必将影响到中美双边贸易的正常发展。导致这一问题产生的因素很多,既有来自外部的原因,又有来自内部的原因。因此,就中方而言迫在眉睫的任务是要努力寻求一种能够积极应对和妥善处理贸易摩擦事件的解决机制。
近两年来,中美贸易摩擦硝烟四起,持续不断,花样不断出新,究其原因多种多样。面对贸易摩擦问题日益增多的严峻形势,正确认识我国遭遇的国际贸易摩擦的原因,积极探索妥善解决贸易摩擦问题的途径,将是保持我国经济可持续发展的重点所在。
对此,本文从国际形式的现状分析中美贸易主要面临的问题,通过对中美贸易问题的研究来得出应对中美贸易摩擦的各方面的措施,最后对所有的应对措施进行归纳总结,以更好的完成本次论文,也期望能对中美贸易做出一点贡献。

Abstract
For nearly ten years,sino-us trade relation has undergone considerable development and bilateral trade continues to grow,but on the basis of expanding trade,china's surplus to the US is clear and volume of trade is wider , the conflicts of the sino-us trade are occured frequently and if this phenomenon can not be controlled effectively,it will affect the development of bilateral trade between China and are many factors leading to this issue,as well as external causes and interna ,in terms of china the pressing task is to seek a settlement mechanism that can response positively and handle trade friction appropriately.
For the past two years,the sino-us trade conflicts have occured continuously and gone with ever-changing tactics and the reasons for that are various. Facing the harsh situation of increasing trade conflicts, understanding the causes of international trade conflicts that our country are undergoing correctly and exploring the settlement of trade conflicts properly will be the key point to maintain our economy sustainable development.
In this regard, This paper analyzes international status form the major problems facing China-US trade, China-US trade issues through research e deal with all aspects of Sino-US trade friction measures, the last of all measures summarized the response to better pletion of this thesis, is also hoping to make some contribution to Sino-US trade.
