摘要:
本设计的I效蒸发器是将电解工序的Nacl电解液10%左右的NaOH溶液浓缩成浓度较高的溶液再进一步加工制成商品碱,同时把析出的Nacl晶体溶解成盐水回收的一套蒸发设备。该设备是由蒸发室、加热室、循环管、强制循环泵等部件组成。
该设备为I效外加热式强制循环蒸发器,工艺要求较简单,操作难度不大,所以被广泛采用。由于使用的是外置加热器以及因为溶液各部分温度的不同造成密度的不同,所以容易造成传热效果较差;易结垢结晶等不良状况。为了克服这一缺点,所以采用流体机械强迫溶液循环。采用强制循环泵循环速度一般为2-5m/s。
本次设计的主要思想是首先根据设计任务书制定设计方案,对容器及各个主要零部件的制作材料进行选择,再根据GB150《钢制压力容器标准》及GB151《换热器设计标准》等进行换热器选择,壁厚计算、校核,容器桶壁开孔补强计算等设计。最后根据相关数据制装配图与部件图。

The design of the main thought is the first formulated according to the design plan descriptions of container design, and all the main parts choose materials, GB150 again according to the steel pressure vessel standards "and" GB151 heat exchanger design standard etc choice, wall thickness calculation, checking, drum wall opening reinforcement design calculations, etc. Finally, according to the relevant data system with assembly parts prints.
