摘要
文章从建筑施工项目建设的实际出发,分析研究工程项目施工质量控制和进度控制的基本要素,首先先解释了施工项目质控控制和进度控制的概念,然后再分别介绍施工项目的质量控制和进度控制,分别从影响因素、解决方法和内容等方面来进行说明,最后在总的讲述一下施工质量控制和进度控制的关系。充分考虑执行施工标准建立全过程的质量控制体系和运行,以达到预先控制建筑施工项目质量的目的提高其实体质量和建设队伍的管理水平。

Abstract
Article from the reality of the construction project construction, analysis and research project construction of the basic elements of quality control and progress control, first explains the concept of construction project quality control and progress control, then respectively introduces the construction project quality control and progress control, respectively from the influencing factors and solutions and content and so on to explain, in general about the relationship construction quality control and schedule control. Give full consideration to set up the whole process of quality control system and the implementation of the construction of standard operation, in order to achieve the purpose of the construction project quality control in advance to improve the physical quality and management level of construction team.
