Abstract:
China and the relevant countries have put forward“broadband strategy”as the important part of national informatization devel-
opment strategy in recent years. Based on the above, FTTH is the main feasible access mode of optical fiber work. It
expounds in detail the construction strategy on the work OLT deployment, optical work, network pene-
tration and resource matching, as well work quality. It also gives opinions on the match of“construction”and“applica-
tion”of optical fiber work construction, operation support system construction and technical innovation.
