摘要:经过试验筛选最适合的抗氧化剂剂量,添加200µM AA-2G获得冻后最高活力( )、质膜完整率(%)和顶体完整率(% ),%,与对照组精子冻后活率( )、质膜完整率(% )和顶体完整率(%)、%比较差异显著。添加深海鱼油4%可显著提高猪精子的冻后活率()、质膜完整率(40%)和顶体完整率(51% ),,与对照组精子冻后活率( )、质膜完整率(% )和顶体完整率(%)、%比较差异显著。在猪精子冷冻过程中添加200µM的AA-2G、4%的深海鱼油可显著提高猪精子的冻后活率、质膜完整率和顶体完整率,降低精子的获能数。
