无位置传感器无刷直流电动机变频
调速系统的硬件设计*

摘要探讨了无位置传感器无刷直流电动机BLDCM 变频调速系统的硬件设计过程,给出了基于智
能功率模块IPMPS21865 的主电路实现方案,完成了以数字信号处理器 TMS320LF2407A 为核心的控制电路
和辅助电路的硬件设计,整个系统集成度高、控制灵活、功能完善。试验结果表明,无位置传感器 BLDCM 变
频调速系统具有良好的调速性能,系统控制精度高、运行稳定可靠,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract The hardware design process of the variable frequency speed regulation system for sensorless BLDCM
was presented. The main circuit implementation scheme based on IPM-PS21865 was given and the hardware design of
auxiliary circuit and controller which used TMS320LF2407A DSP as the core pleted. Experimental results
showed that the system has high control precision,safe and stable operation and good speed adjusting performance can
be achieved. Therefore,it has good prospects for applications.
