【摘要】目的:了解娱乐场所性服务小姐和女子戒毒所羁押人员艾滋病防治知识和HIV、梅毒感染状况,为实施有效干预措施提供依据。方法:在知情同意后对西宁市406名娱乐场所性服务小姐和青海省女子戒毒所458名羁押人员进行匿名问卷调查和艾滋病(HIV)抗体、梅毒抗体的检测。结果:864名调查对象主要以未婚低龄为主,20~30岁年龄阶段占:%,初中及初中以下文化程度者占:%。调查对象对艾滋病相关知识有一定程度的了解,总体知晓率为:%,但对一些问题仍存在误区。864名调查对象检出HIV抗体阳性4例,%,%。结论:娱乐场所性服务小姐及吸毒女性对艾滋病知识掌握不全,存在HIV传播危险因素。对这些人群加强艾滋病防治知识宣传和行为干预力度,大力推广使用安全套、大力宣传针具交换政策以及艾滋病自愿咨询检测是控制性病、艾滋病在该人群中流行和蔓延的重要措施。

【 Abstract 】Objective: To understand the entertainment services and miss woman detoxification of custody staff of AIDS prevention knowledge and HIV, syphilis infection situation, the implementation of effective intervention measures. Method: In the informed consent of the eastern area of Xining City 406 entertainment services and miss Qinghai Province female rehab 458 detention officers were anonymous questionnaires and AIDS ( HIV ) antibody, syphilis antibody detection. Results: 864 subjects to unmarried young, 20 ~ 30 years old age accounted for: %, junior high school education accounted for: %. Survey on AIDS related knowledge to a certain degree of understanding, general awareness rate : %, but some problems still exist error. 464 of the participants were HIV antibody positive in 4 cases, the positive rate was %, the syphilis antibody positive rate was %.
