【摘要】目的分析6例布鲁氏菌病感染的检验特点及流行病学特性,提高对该病的认识。方法收集6例确诊为布鲁氏菌病的血培养微生物培养特性、临床资料、流行病学进行分析。结果6例患者都与病畜有接触,有发热情况,但临床病症各不同,1例患者出现全身皮疹,1例患者出现头痛,1例患者出现睾丸肿大,1例患者出现乏力;血液白细胞总数1例增高,1例减少;肾功能正常;血沉3例增高,;C-反应蛋白5例增高。结论布鲁氏菌病临床表现多样化,中山市地区存在分散流行,应正确认识此病的临床特点,重视实验室检查,以减少对布鲁氏菌病的误诊,漏诊,及早对此病的诊断治疗,防止脏器和系统的累及。

【Abstract】 objective analysis of 6 cases of brucellosis infection test features and epidemiological characteristics, to enhance the understanding of the disease. Methods the data of 6 cases diagnosed as brucellosis in blood culture microbial culture characteristics, clinical data, epidemiological analysis. Results 6 cases of patients with disease of animal contact, have a fever, but the clinical symptoms of each different, 1 cases of patients with generalized rash, 1 cases of patients with headache, 1 cases of patients with testicular swelling, 1 patients with onset of fatigue; white blood cell in total 1 cases of hypertension, 1 cases of normal renal function; reduction; erythrocyte sedimentation rate in 3 patients with hypertension,; C - reactive protein in 5 cases of hypertension. Conclusion brucellosis in diverse clinical manifestations, Zhongshan City area existence of decentralized fashion, should have
