摘要: 目的:了解和掌握全区碘缺乏病病情现状,为合理制订防治规划提供依据,方法:按人口容量比例概率抽样方法(PPS)进行抽样,采用国家统一的标准方法进行指标检测。结果:%,所有检测对象的尿碘含量均在100ug/L以上,。%%,两种方法结果吻合,无显著性差异。结论;该地区碘缺乏病预防措施得到落实,达到消除标准,且8-10岁学生碘营养充足持续稳定在基本消除标准之内,建议因地制宜地调整盐碘剂量和供应方式,提高居民涉碘选择性,以满足不同人群的碘营养需求,实现因地制宜、分类指导和科学补碘。
