摘要:
油田作为国家的重点支柱企业,在我国的国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用,多年来,为国家生产建设做出了很大贡献,但与此同时,田生产又是高危行业,安全生产形势十分严峻,安全生产显得尤为重要。事故的发生,职业危害的侵害,不但使企业蒙受了巨大的经济损失,也给受伤害职工及其家属带来了肉体和心理上的严重创伤,给社会带来不稳定因素。油田企业的安全生产不仅仅涉及到先进的技术、可靠的设备,更与广大的油田生产人员密切相关。因此,在油田生产的每一阶段和各个环节上,都必须从人、物两个方面加强事故的预防措施
本文选择有关人因和物因的具有代表性并且适合油田企业的可操作性理论一轨迹交叉论,作为理论研究基础。首先对轨迹交叉论及其作用原理进行了详细的介绍。此理论的基本思想是:人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态在各自发展的轨迹中,在一定时间、空间发生接触(交叉)时,就会发生事故。本人在大量阅读文献资料和相关报告的基础上,分析了油田企业的安全现状及油田生产中的主要安全问题。克服了原来“头疼医头,脚疼治脚”的分析现象,分别通过对人、物系列的系统研究,分析发生油田事故的原因。其中对油田生产人员的不安全行为做了重点分析,结合油田企业自身安全生产的特点和经验,从防止人、物运动的时空交叉、控制人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态三个方面提出了解决事故发生的具体措施。
在油田企业的事故预防中引入轨迹交叉论,通过避免人、轨迹交叉的措施使之达到安全生产的客观要求,以便超前预防、控制生产事故的发生,保障油田企业安全生产的顺利进行。
