废催化剂焙烧水浸渣中硫酸浸取钴的动力学研究

摘
要:以废催化剂处理过程中得到的镍钴渣为研究对象,采用硫酸浸出镍钴渣,使钴和镍得到有效回收,并对
硫酸浸出钴的动力学进行探讨。研究结果表明:搅拌速度为 400~1 200 r/min 时对钴浸出率的影响非常小,物料粒
度、硫酸浓度和反应温度等因素对钴浸出率则有较大影响;当反应温度为 80 ℃,反应时间为 180 min,原料粒度
为(~) mm,H2SO4 浓度为 6 mol/L, 搅拌速度为 800 r/min,固液比为 1׃10 时,钴的浸出率为 %,
镍的浸出率则为 %;硫酸浸出镍钴渣的反应受产物层内扩散控制,表观活化能为 kJ/mol。

Abstract: The leaching ics of cobalt from roasting-dissolving residue (Ni-Co concentrate) of a spent catalyst was
investigated. The results indicate that the extraction of cobalt from Ni-Co concentrate with sulfuric acid leaching is
determined by particle size, sulfuric acid concentration and reaction temperature, while stirring speed in the range of
400−1200 r/min shows a negligible effect on extraction of cobalt. A cobalt recovery of % and a nickel recovery of
