苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱对巨噬细胞活性
及分泌肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

摘要:目的
观察苦参碱、-α(TNF-α)的
影响。方法
,不同浓度的苦参碱、
培养1d,采用MTT法检测不同浓度的苦参碱、;收集培养液,
采用ELISA方法检测每份培养液中TNF-α的含量。结果
不同浓度的苦参碱、氧化苦参碱和槐定碱对巨噬细胞
,不同浓度的苦参碱、-α有抑
制作用,浓度越大,抑制作用越强,-α的抑制作用更明显。结论
-α的分泌,苦参碱的抑制作用更明显。
