题目芦荟提取物对肝癌细胞Bel-7402的影响

摘要
肝癌就是恶性肿瘤,常见的是原发性肝癌。根据国家最新的统计显示,全世界每年新发的肝癌的患者约有七十五,占居恶性肿瘤前十。我国的患者多数是由乙肝肝硬化发展而来,世界上拥有最多的乙肝患者的是中国,患有丙肝的病人也在逐渐增加,乙肝最后将发展成肝癌。芦荟具有很好的中药属性,有很好的消炎抗菌的作用,芦荟有很好的消炎灭菌作用,可以以此为依据,研究其提取物是否对肝癌细胞Bel-7402有抑制作用,对于治疗肝癌有重大意义。本课题以芦荟为原料进行提取物的制备,研究其提取物是否对肝癌细胞Bel-7402有影响。以芦荟(龙爪科)为原料,通过必要的操作进行了芦荟的粗提取。经过滤后加入细胞中,观察细胞的生长状态。本研究发现芦荟(龙爪科)提取物对肝癌细胞有抑制作用,可为抗肝癌研究提供基础。

Abstract
Liver cancer is malignant, it mon primary liver cancer. According to the latest statistics show that each new issue of the world's liver cancer in patients with about six hundred thousand, occupy fifth place malignancy. The world has the largest hepatitis B patients in China, the majority of our patients evolved from liver cirrhosis, in patients suffering from hepatitis C is also increasing, hepatitis B and finally develop into liver cancer. Aloe Vera has a good Chinese medicine attributes, have a good anti-inflammatory anti-bacterial effect, aloe vera has a good anti-inflammatory sterilization, be used as the basis of whether the extract Bel-7402 hepatoma cells was inhibited, for the treatment HCC has great significance. The topics to aloe extract as raw material for the preparation of the extract is on hepatocellular carcinoma cell Bel-7402 affected. Aloe (Alondra Branch) as raw material, through cutting, dissolving, reflux condenser for the crude extract of aloe. After filtration, added to the cells, the growth state of the cells was observed. The study found that aloe (Alondra Branch) extract on liver cancer cells was inhibited, can provide the basis for the anti-hepatoma research.
