摘要
建筑工程承包商在生产经营活动的全过程中自始至终处于多变得自然环境和社会环境中,并且面临着错综复杂的矛盾。这将给工程施工的目标(成本、质量、进度)的实现带来困难或造成重大的损失。因而,建筑工程承包商在项目实施过程中的各个阶段将面临各种各样的风险。而在工程项目建设的全过程中,施工阶段的风险最大。因为在这一阶段有大量的资金投入到购买工程材料、购买工程设备、支付工程施工费用之中。随着资金的不断投入,项目的风险也随之增加。如果不加以防范将直接影响工程建设的顺利进行,甚至造成工程中断和报废,产生严重的经济损失和人员伤亡。
本文以国内建筑工程项目风险管理的现状为背景,首先阐述风险控制在国内外的发展历程,以及我国在这方面的研究存在的问题,再详细介绍了风险以及风险管理的相关过程,文中重点介绍了承包商建设项目施工风险控制的对策。承包商应根据风险及工程风险形成的不同原因,对在工程项目施工阶段的风险因素进行分析,对不同的风险采取不同的控制措施,有力的减轻项目风险给建筑承包商带来的损失,从而达到承包商工程建设的目标。
