建设工程的招标投标问题及对策
摘要
随着我们经济不断高速平稳发展,和各地大发展大生产的政策引导下,建筑工程业发展迅猛,而建筑工程往往又以招投标作为最具竞争力的一种采购方式,招投标正不断地深入到社会生活的各个方面,不但对宏观经济带来影响,而且正不断融入到微观个体的行为中。
招投标行为一方面促进了建筑工程市场的繁荣和平稳发展,优化了建筑工程资源的合理配置,节约了建筑工程投资,提高了建筑工程的质量,明确了建筑工程的目标。但是我国实行招投标时间还不长,很多业务还属于初级阶段,行业规范化还远远不够,在这其中滋生了暗箱操作和腐败行为,正是因为招投标的作用以及它的深远影响,行业对于招投标要加强管理和监督。

The problem and countermeasure of construction projects tendering
With the constant high speed and steady development of our economic,and the guide of development and production policy in every city ,construction projects is developing rapidly,and we always use the tendering as the petitive way to purchase,tendering is going deep into to the each aspect of society,not only to the macro-economy,but also to the behaviour of microcosmic individual constantly.
One side,tendering promote the flourishing and steady development of construction projects market,optimize the resource allocation of construction projects,save the investment of construction projects,improve the quality of construction projects,clear the aim the construction this policy has not been used for a long time in our country,some professional work is still belonging to the primary stage,and we should improve the standardization of this industry,the reason of black case work and corruption is the effect and influence of tendering,so we have to strengthen the management and supervision.
