中型轿车盘式制动器的设计
摘要
本文首先对制动器在汽车上所起的作用和制动器的结构分类做了介绍,并分析比较了鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的优缺点,随后提出了制动器设计的一般方法步骤,本文所设计的盘式制动器,是针对中型轿车的,由中型轿车的车身结构的各种参数,计算了在各种情况下制动车辆所需要的制动力大小,从而对制动器主参数和主要性能参数进行了设计计算,然后对制动轮缸的直径所能产生的最大制动力进行了校核,检验是否能满足制动要求,并且对制动器主要部件的结构和材料提出了一些简单的改进方法,最后画出了盘式制动器主要零部件的AutoCAD零件图和Pro/E三维建模。

Abstract
Firstly, this article describes the role and structure of the classification of brake, pares drum brakes and disc brakes of the advantages and disadvantages, Then introduced the general method steps brake design, In this paper, taking the design of a sedan with disc brakes as an example, makes the main parameters of the brake and the main performance parameters for the design calculation, Then the diameter of the brake wheel cylinders can generate the maximum braking force was checked, test whether it can meet the braking requirements,and made on the structure of some simple ways to improve, Finally, give out the main draw of the disc brake parts of AutoCAD parts and Pro/E Three-dimensional modeling.

1 绪论
毕业设计是针对我们所学知识的综合应用及考察,其主要的目的是为了检验我们对知识的掌握程度和应用能力。四年的大学学习使我们自身的专业素质有了极大的提高,能够将所学的知识灵活自如的运用到实际问题中,这也是我进行毕业设计的主要目的之一。
汽车制动器是汽车上的关键部件之一,其性能的好坏直接关系到汽车的安全性,制动噪音的高低又直接影响到人类的生存环境。因此,设计、研究制动性能优良,噪音低的制动器就成为汽车研究者的重要任
