水轮发电机组振动状态监测与分析技术研究

摘要
为及时准确地掌握机组运行状况,进行故障的早期诊断、状态模拟、预警
和对策控制,论文从水力、机械和电气三个方面来分析机组振动原因,研究水
电机组振动状态监测内容与分析方法,对状态监测与分析系统的构成进行了具
体软硬件的设计与实现。设计中采用上下位机的分布式结构,硬件设计中主要
阐述了数据采集及预处理系统、传感器组以及状态数据服务器、应用服务器,
软件设计中涵括了软件数据流结构及模块设计,并采用三层 B/S 结构,使得远
程客户端通过 TCP/IP 协议就可以与应用服务器通讯,真正实现系统的网络化远
程故障诊断功能。最后,论文以某抽水蓄能电站为例,状态监测与分析系统在
该电站现场投入使用效果理想,并对同类产品的开发具参考价值。

Abstract
In order to grasp exactly the running condition of units, diagnose earlier,
simulate, prewarning and control the accident, there are vibration reason of units are
analyzed in respect of water power, machinery and electricity in this paper in which
contents of condition monitor for units vibration and analysis method are researched,
System structure of condition monitoring are designed and plished in software
and hardware in this paper. The design applies distributed structure including upper
server and lower server, hardware design mainly includes system of data collection
and pretreatment, sensors group, data server and application server, software design
includes data flow structure of software and module design and applying three layer
structure B/S to remote municate with application server through TCP/IP,
so that fault and diagnosis function remote for system are realized
last, this paper gives an example of some storage pump hydro-plant, in which the
system of condition monitoring and analysis are put in to use, the result of use is
very well and there is reference value to development of similar production.
