摘要
城中村是我国城市化进程中存在的普遍而独特的现象,也是制约我国城市发展的瓶颈。城中村的改造对房地产市场产生重大的影响。本文对国内外城中村的理论和实践进行回顾和总结,分析城中村的产生原因,以及对城中村改造的影响和意义进行探讨,并进一步介绍广州城中村改造的现状和模式。在全面认识城中村改造的基础上,以广州猎德村改造为实例,深入探讨城中村改造对房地产市场的影响。

Abstract
Village in city is a prevailing and special phenomenon in the process of urbanization,and Village in city restricts the development of city in transform of village in city has a great influence on real estate thesis views and summarizes the theories and practices of Villages in city in demestic and foreign,analyzes the reason of village in city,then discusses the influences and significance about the transform of village in city,further indroducts the present status of the urban village's reform and modes in on prehensive understanding of transform of village in city,the paper takes the transform of LieDe Cun for an example,discusses throughly the transform of village in city has influence on real estate market.
Village in city restricts the development of city in China. And the reform of village in city has a great influence on real estate thesis views and summarizes the theories and practices of Villages in city in demestic and foreign,analyzing the cause of village in we will discusses the influences and significance about the transformation of village in city. After that we will further indroduct the present status of the urban village's reform and modes in Guangzhou. Based on prehensive understanding of transformation of village in city, the paper takes the reform of LieDe Cun for an example, discusses throughly the transformation of village in city has influence on real estate market
