摘要
吸收塔的设计在工业生产中具有十分重要的作用,它可以使生产过程更加简单高效,能够提高化工生产的效率。树脂作为填料的吸收塔在工业废水的处理中有广泛的应用,是处理含β-萘磺酸工业废水的理想选择。
吸收塔的设计要考虑许多因素对操作过程的影响,例如:温度、时间最小回流比、塔高、等板高度等。还有塔内部各部件的分布情况,以及怎样做好连续的生产。
在吸收塔内,气体由树脂间的空隙流过,液体在数值表面形成液膜,并沿着树脂间隙而下流,气液两相间的传质过程在润湿的树脂表面上进行。吸收塔不仅结构简单,而且阻力小,便于用树脂制造。对于比较小的塔,填料塔有明显的优越性。

abstract
Absorber design in industrial production has an important not only make the production process more simple and efficient, but also improve the efficiency of chemical production. Resin as the packing of absorption tower in the industrial wastewater treatment Has the widespread application, And it is the best choice in dealing withβ-naphthalenesulfonic acid .
The design of absorption tower needs to consider many factors , for example: Temperature, time ,minimum reflux ratio, and tower high and so on. It also considers the tower interior various parts' distributed situation, as well as how plete the continual production.
In the absorption tower, gas run through the crevice of resin. The liquid forms the fluid film in the surface of resin, and it run through resin too. The change of substance between gas and liquid is made in the surface of resin. The absorption tower structure is not only simple, but also the resistance is it is easy to use resin manufacturing. Regarding to the small tower, the absorption tower has the obvious superiority
