我国国有企业的生存和发展已成为党和政府以及社会共同关注的焦点。计划经济体制下的单一生产型运行模式导致企业对市场的应变力差。行水平低,缺乏竞争能力。与国外同类企业相比,国企业的经济效益普遍低下。确立正确的标准工时主要是为了更好的、科学的应用时间,并设法去除无效时间。工时定额是完成一个工序所需的时间,它是劳动生产率指标。根据工时定额可以安排生产作业计划,进行成本核算,确定设备数量和人员编制,规划生产面积。因此工时定额是工艺规程中的重要组成部分。
本文以大连机车厂的车轮生产线以及每道工序的工时作为研究对象,研究其标准时间,并对其进行分析和讨论,通过秒表时间研究方法对机车厂车轮生产线标准时间进行研究,结合工厂实际情况进行秒表测时以获取所需数据,利用连续测时法记录加工实际时间并进行标准时间的计算,得到生产线各工序的标准时间,相对于一般机械厂制定的标准时间来说较大,需要改进。对其进行分析和讨论,重点是对每道工序标准时间进行分析与讨论,结合工厂实际情况,找出其产生原因并进一步探讨其解决方法,提出改进方法和措施,提高每道工序及整个生产线的标准时间。

ABSTRACT

According to the working hours fixed can arrange production plan, cost accounting, determine the number of personnel and equipment, production area of planning. So &fair standards is an important part of the procedure.
In this paper, the JiCheChang dalian production line and the wheels of each procedure of working hours as the research object, the research of the standard time, and carries on the analysis and discussion, through the stopwatch time methods of JiCheChang wheel production line, combined with standard time factory real situation a stopwatch when measuring and get the data, using continuous survey method of actual time record when processing and the calculation of standard time, get production line of each process standard time, relative to the general machinery factory standards promulgated by the time it is bigger, n
