本课题依据中国北车大连机车车辆有限公司生产制造现场基于工业工程的工艺管理研究。工时定额与工艺成本是工艺定额的重要组成部分,可以作为企业生产或服务活动的有效尺度,可以为定制生产或服务计划、平衡生产线,改善工作研究提供重要的参考依据。
本文主要基于钻孔工序的工时定额制定和工艺成本估算的研究。通过对机车转向架典型零件案例的研究,对钻孔工序的工步动作,资源进行分析归纳整理。针对钻孔工序工时定额的制定,采用模特排时法(简称模特法),对机车转向架中车轮的注油孔和辅板孔工序进行动作分析,从而利用EXCEL进行整理计算,得出安装工件、按按钮、更换刀具三种基本模型。针对注油孔和辅板孔工序进行工艺成本估算,依据制造成本产生过程的工艺信息,对工艺过程清单中各项物料和作业成本进行估算,最后统计得出总成本。

ABSTRACT
This topic rests on north China the vehicle Dalian rolling stock pany manufacturing scene based on the industrial engineering craft management study. A time allowance and the craft cost are the craft fixed quantity ponents, may produce or the servicing activities effective criterion as the enterprise, may to have custom-made the production or the service plan, is balanced the production line, the improvement work study provides the important reference.
This article mainly based on drill hole working procedure time allowance formulation and craft cost estimate research. Through to the otive bogie ponents case's research, acts to drill hole working procedure's Gongbu, the resources carry on the analysis induction anization. In view of the drill hole working procedure time allowance's formulation, uses a model row of hour system (. model law), wheel's oil filler and the auxiliary board hole working procedure carries on the motion analysis to the otive bogie, thus carries on the putation using EXCEL, obtains installs the work piece, according to the button, to replace the cutting tool three kind of fundamental models. Carries on the craft cost estimate in view of the oil filler and the auxiliary board hole working procedure, the basis production cost generating process craft information, each item of material and the cost of operation carries on the estimate to the technological process detailed list, finally counts obtains the total cost.
