针对大连机车车辆有限公司的车轮生产线的现状,对其现有的作业环境进行了分析。文章在介绍了作业环境的五个主要影响因素的基础上,提出了基于单项指标的评价方法。
以GB50034-52工业企业照明设计标准为主要标准结合机械工业一般照明标准着重对机车厂车轮生产线的照明环境进行了评价改善。从测量方案的设计到测量设备的使用进行了详细的介绍。不仅引进了问卷调查形式的综合评价法,还利用简单易行的配对比较法对各指标进行权重分配。根据设定好的评分标准将数据代入公式,对各个项目进行评分。得出的项目分值根据所分配权重计算得出光环境指数,将得出的光环境指数对照质量等级表进行评价分级。结果表明,车轮生产线的照明环境存在问题较大。同时对噪声环境进行简单的综合评价,结果表明,车轮生产线的噪声环境稍有问题。
为了给作业者提供一个舒适、安全的作业环境,并进而提高作业质量及效率,对车轮生产线进行作业环境改善。根据利用系数法求平均照度的公式逆推出达到标准照度需要的灯具数量,再依照生产线实际情况进行布置。利用在声源处和声音传播中降低噪声的原理提出改善方案。

ABSTRACT
In view of existing situation of Dalian otive vehicle Co., LTD’s cartwheel produce line, this article analyzes the existing conditions of the working environment .On the basis of introducing five main factors on the working environment, this paper also put forward the evaluation methodology which is based on the individual parameter.
Regarding the GB50034-52 Standard for artificial lighting design of industrial enterprises as the main standard bining the general lighting standard of the engineering industry, this article has analyzed and improved the lighting environment of the produce line emphatically and introduces the design of the measurement scheme and the use of the measuring equipments in detail. This paper not only introduces prehensive evaluation by questionnaire, but also uses a simple way which is called parison method to distribute the weight of each index. According to the defined standards of grading, making the parameters into the formula and scoring each items. Combined with the items score and weighting factor to calculate the light environment index, and paring it with the quality grade chart to get the right grade. The results indicated that the lighting environment of the produce line exist serious problems. Simultaneously, evaluating the Noise Environment by Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation and the results indicated that the wheel produce line has a small problem.
