联合作业分析是指当几个作业人员共同作业于一项工作时,对作业人员时间上的关系的分析,以及排除作业人员作业过程中存在的不经济、不均衡、不合理和浪费等现象,是两个或两个以上的操作者同时对一台设备或一项工作的操作为对象,分析人与机,人与人的配合关系。以尽量取消人、机的空闲时间,使人与机,人与人的作业达到平衡,缩短工期一种分析方法。而转向架是铁道车辆上最重要的部件之一,它直接承载车体重量,保证车辆顺利通过曲线。同时,转向架的各种参数也直接决定了车辆的稳定性和车辆的乘坐舒适性。是机车重要的组成部分。
本文通过对转向架构架实际生产的分析研究,分别从发现空闲与等待的作业时间,使工作平衡,减少周期(程)时间,获得最大的机器利用率,决定最合适的方法等方面,系统的对转向架构架生产进行了改进。对影响其产能提升的因素进行了深入分析,运用5W1H、ECRS及生产线柔性理论等方法提出了工序重排、改善操作方法及提升外包队内部管理水平等改善方案,并对改善效果进行了量化评价。运用联合作业分析图等先进的联合作业分析方法,对转向架划线工序进行改善并对改善前后进行了量化对比。
