文档介绍:华中科技大学硕士学位论文中小型水电机组稳定性监测系统研究与开发姓名:宋兵申请学位级别:硕士专业:水利水电工程指导教师:李朝晖2011-03华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文I摘要随着我国水电事业的蓬勃发展,各种不同容量的水电机组数量不断增多,水电机组稳定性对机组安全高效运行的影响越来越突出。对水电机组稳定性实施有效监测,是保证机组运行安全,提高机组运行效率,降低机组维护成本的重要措施。因此,进行水电机组稳定性监测研究具有很大的现实意义。本文在全面总结目前水电机组稳定性监测系统的特点和应用基础上,参考HOMS最优维护系统中现有稳定性监测系统的功能特点,并结合新出现的监测需求及其特点,针对中小型水电机组的应用,开发了以DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心的稳定性监测系统。该系统集成了32路模拟信号调理及采集模块、开关量输入输出模块、发频及测频模块、LCD显示模块以及CAN总线通信接口和以太网通信接口等功能外设,可靠性好。本文详细阐述和分析了各功能模块的硬件设计原理和软件开发以及系统主应用程序开发,并对各模块进行了独立测试,以及系统整机测试。整机测试结果表明,系统能够正常运行,实现了设计的各项功能和需求。这对DSP技术在机组监测系统方面的应用具有一定的探索意义。关键词水电机组,稳定性监测,TMS320F2812,CAN总线,以太网华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文IIAbstract With the vigorous development of China’s hydropower industry, the number of hydropower units with kinds of different capacities is increasing, the stability of hydropower units has more and more prominent influences on the operating safely and effectively. Effective monitoring on the stability of hydropower units is the key measure to improve the safety of unit operation, increase the efficiency of plant operation and lower the costs of maintenance. Therefore, it has great significance on doing research on the stability monitoring of hydropower units. Based on prehensive summary of the features and applications of current stability monitoring system and according the functional characteristics of stability monitoring system of HOMS, we develop a stability monitoring system applying the DSP chip TMS320F2812 as its core. Combined with the emerging application, the system designed for small and medium hydropower units has high reliability, Which is integrated 32-channel analog signal conditioning and acquisition module, digital input and digital output module, frequency measuring and generating module, and LCD display module. Beside these modules, it also realizes the functions of CAN-munication and munication.
