摘要
连锁零售企业依靠连锁为核心,凭借众多的门店网络为市场依托,采用总部统一采购机制,集约化的配送,从而实现商流、物流、信息流的高度集成。近几年,我国连锁零售业得到飞速发展,而且随着企业规模化和市场化的发展,物流配送体系的选择成为他们的焦点。物流配送的模式不仅是连锁零售企业经营成败的重要保证,也深刻影响到企业能否实现效益的最大化。在参考和借鉴文献的基础上,本文论述了连锁经营的相关理论,并对国内连锁零售企业的现状进行分析;其次,详细介绍连锁零售企业所采用的各种配送模式和模式选择的方法;然后,以国美为例对企业配送模式的发展进行了分析;最后,简述连锁零售企业的发展趋势,并对我国连锁零售企业的物流配送模式的发展提出相应的合理化建议。

Abstract
The retail chain enterprises rely on the chain as the core, with many stores occupied market, in order to achieve a highly integrated business flow, logistics and information flow, the headquarters supply union purchase and intensive distribution. In recent years, China's retail chains have developed rapidly, with firms have a big scale development and marketization, the logistics and distribution system has e the focus of petition. Logistics and distribution of the mode selection is an important guarantee to the ess of the retail chain business, but also effect whether the business achieve maximum not. On the basis of referencing literature, this paper discusses the theory of chain operation, and analyzes the situation of domestic retail chains; Secondly, Details the various distribution mode. and selection methods of retail enterprise; Finally, analysize the retail chain business trends,and give some suggestions about the d
