摘要
进入21世纪以来,有关企业战略管理的研究越来越多,在探索企业成功的奥妙时,核心竞争力理论成为人们共同研究的课题。该理论将企业成功的本源归结为企业拥有的超越其他企业的的某种独特的能力。并认为企业核心竞争力是决定企业能否具有竞争优势的关键因素。考虑到神东煤炭集团目前在我国西北地区煤炭企业集团中所处的复杂的竞争环境和其自身的客观实际情况,研究其核心竞争力对其发展有至关重要的意义。
内容方面,首先,本文对核心竞争力的相关理论进行了综述,总结了核心竞争力理论的内涵、特征、构成要素发展历程、评价方法等。为本文的研究奠定了理论基础。其次,针对我国西北地区一些大型煤炭企业的特点、整体竞争环境等进行分析,通过SWOT分析法对神东煤炭集团竞争力现状、优势、劣势、机会、风险等进行了分析与研究,得出神东煤炭集团目前的组合类型,并对神东煤炭集团核心竞争力作出总结及评价,最终得出其最佳可行战略组合,可持续发展战略,同时对提高神东煤炭集团核心竞争力对策进行了研究。

Abstract
Since twenty-first Century, more and more studies of enterprise strategic management, exploring the secret of ess in business, the theory of petence es mon topic. And that the petitiveness of enterprises is a key factor in deciding whether the enterprise has petitive advantage. Taking into account the Shendong coal group at present in the coal enterprise group in Northwest China in plicated environment petition and its own actual situation, on the petitiveness is of great significance in both theory and reality.
The content, first of all, this paper has summarized the related theories of petitiveness, summarizes the connotation, the theory of petence characteristics, development course,factor evaluation method. Lay a theoretical foundation for this research. Secondly, according to the analysis of the characteristics, some large-scale coal enterprises in Northwest China's petitive environment, through the SWOT analysis method to carry on the analysis and Research on the current situation of Shendong Coal Group, competitive advantages and disadvantages, opportunities, risks, bination type of Shendong coal group at present, and makes the summary and evaluation of Shendong Coal Group petitiveness, finally get the best feasible strategy, the strategy of sustainable development, research carried out at the same time slightly to improve the petence of Shen
