老式的金属打包机的电气控制部分大多数仍采用继电器控制,这种控制方法采用众多的电器元件,逻辑布线复杂,接点多,故障率高,设备运行可靠性差。采用PLC控制能有效的解决这些问题。因此设计一种全新的基于PLC的液压金属打包机的控制系统。该系统工作性能稳定,提高了生产线的自动化程度,并切实提高了生产线的生产效率。同时也介绍金属打包机的发展历史、结构,并进行了液压系统的设计、PLC控制系统的设计。

Abstract
the electrical control parts of the old Metal Baler still mostly use the relay control. this control method used numerous ponents,Logic plex, contact, the high failure rate, poor equipment operation reliability. PLC control can be used effectively to resolve these problems. So design a new PLC-based Metal Baler hydraulic control system. the performance of the system is stability, increase the degree of automation of production lines and effectively improve the efficiency of the production also introduces the history of the Metal Baler development, structure, and the design of it's hydraulic system, the design of the PLC control system.
