摘
要: 从定性及定量分析相结合的角度, 采用益损矩阵预测分析法, 对如何实现采购物流的最优化进行风险决策分析。
通过建立采购物流风险决策模型, 并列举实例进行量化分析, 得到采购的损益期望值, 通过选取最大期望值确定最优的采购方
案。同时指出为更好的实现采购物流的优化管理应加强的几方面工作。

Abstr act: This article tries to make decision under risk for optimization study of purchase logistics with the method of opportunity
loss mastrix from the point of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. By setting up the model of decision - making under
risk for purchasing logistics, we will decide the bination plan by using the maximum expectation value calculating
from instance. At the same time, this article points out several kinds of wok we should do for optimization management of pur-
chase logistics.

作为物流活动的起点, 采购涵盖了从供应商到需求方之间的货物、技术、信息及服务流动的全过程。企业通
过实施有效的
