摘
要: 构建政产学研合作, 创新人才培养模式需要政府的引导, 企业的合作、学校的服务。在建立互利互惠的
双赢合作机制中, 政府起着引导作用, 企业扮演着主导作用, 学校起着主体作用。文章阐述了运用产学研合作理念及运
行实践, 创建产学研合作的人才培养模式。

Abstract: Construct the cooperation o f industry& education and research w ith governm en,t and innovate

ice. In the m utually w in w in m echanism, the governm ent takes guidance role, the enterprise plays leadersh ip
function, and the schoo l plays the m ain body role. U sin g the theorem s of industry and education cooperation
and the practica l runn ing experience in th e paper, the cu ltivated m ode l fo r talented students based on in dustry
and education cooperation is constructed.
