摘要
本文介绍了莠去津磁性分子印迹聚合物微球的合成制备方法:以还原沉淀法制备Fe3O4磁性微球,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)对其进行包覆,丙基甲基丙烯酸酯(γ-MPS)进行表面接枝修饰,再以莠去津为模版分子,以α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,2,2′-偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂制备磁性微球分子印迹聚合物。并对其进行吸附性能进行测定。考察了不同吸附剂与解吸剂对莠去津磁性微球性能的影响,优化了磁性微球分子印迹聚合物对三嗪类农药(莠去津、莠灭净、特丁津)的吸附解析条件。以乙腈:水=50:50为流动相,,相关性方程及系数分别为y=320623x-40490、R=, y=245065x+50209、R=,y=328495x-21627、R=;%~%、%~%、%~% ,RSD(%)%~%、%~%、%~%。实现了对土样中莠去津的痕量分析。

Application, research and preparation of Atrazine ic molecularly imprinted polymer
Abstract
This article describes the synthetic preparation methods of atrazine ic molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres: using the reduction and precipitation method to prepare Fe3O4 ic microspheres, coated by the tetraethoxysilane, grafted in the surface and modified by the propyl methacrylate(γ-MPS), and taking atrazine as the template molecule , α-methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinking agent, 2,2 '- azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator to prepare the ic microspheres molecularly imprinted polymers, and measure its adsorption properties. Studying the impact of the different adsorbent and desorbent to the properties of the atrazine ic microsphere, and optimizing the adsorption and desorption condition of the ic microspheres molecularly imprinted polymers to the triazine pesticides (atrazine, ametryn, terbuthylazine).
