温州人力资本结构与产业转型升级∗

摘
要:人力资本对经济发展乃至产业转型升级的重要性日益凸显,将温州人口人力资本结构与产业转型升级
联系起来,采取较长时间序列分析方法,探讨人口人力资本结构对产业结构优化升级的影响程度及两者相关性。结果
发现,人口人力资本结构优化对产业转型升级具有正向促进作用,同时,温州人力资本结构对经济发展的贡献水平较
低,目前的人力资本水平有待提升。因此,只有出台有利于人口人力资本积累的政策措施,有效提升人口人力资本水
平,才能使产业转型目标顺利实现。

Human Capital Structure and Industrial Transformation and Upgrading in Wenzhou

Abstract: Human capital plays more and more importance in economic development and industrial transformation and upgrad-
ing. The paper studies on bind of population human capital structure and industrial transformation using time sequence analysis. And
we have found the following conclusions: the improvement of population human capital structure on industrial transformation is posi-
tive, and the current level of human capital should be quickly improved. Only by publishing policies which conducive to human capi-
tal accumulation of the population and enhancing the population level of human capital, can we make industrial transformation goals
e true.
