论当代中国媒体对政府的监督作用
摘要:随着中国社会的全面快速发展,人民群众的公民意识不断增强,政治参与的呼声越来越高,对政府行为进行影响和监督的要求越来越强烈。与此同时,政府的行政权力也在不断扩大,一些地方政府工作人员滥用公权、以权谋私,损害了人民利益。传统的对政府行政行为的监督方式因其固有的缺陷,难以充分发挥应有的作用,而报纸杂志、广播电视以及电脑网络等媒体形式的影响正在不断扩大, 媒体监督的作用正日益受到人们的关注,已逐渐成为人民对政府行为进行监督的重要方式。然而由于种种因素的制约,媒体监督的发展却远远滞后于行政权力的扩张,并不能发充分挥其应有的作用。行政权力表现出的扩张性和任意性,正挤压着人民的利益空间。本文通过对我国媒体监督的现状与问题的分析,进而提出改进和加强媒体监督政府行为的方法建议。

Abstract :With the round and rapid development of China’s society, the people's civic awareness has gradually strengthened, increasing demands for political participation, impact on government behavior and monitoring requirements are ing stronger. Meanwhile, the administrative power of the government is also increasing, some local government staffs abuse of public power for personal gains, which undermined the interests of the people. The traditional ways of the administrative actions and government supervision are difficult to fully play its role because of their inherent defects. While the impact of newspapers , magazines, radio and televisions ,-works and other media means are expanding, the function of media monitoring is increasingly brought to the notice of people’s attention, for they have e an important way for the general public to monitor the actions of government. However, due to a series of factors, the development of media monitoring has lagged far behind the expansion of executive power, and they cannot play
