摘要
在当今中国社会,城市的房价偏高是一个比较突出的社会问题,这使得很多工
薪阶层的居民尤其是年轻人群,在选择住房时越来越倾向于小户型经济型的住宅,
商务公寓、白领公寓、迷你公寓等一系列小户型商品从租赁到销售都很火爆。“麻
雀虽小,五脏俱全”是这些小户型住宅的主要特点,它们基本都配备有小空间的厨
房。以往的厨房设计观念以及生产的设备大都是针对大中型的厨房的,往往不适合
于小户型的厨房,对于小户型的厨房就需要根据其自身的特点以及其主要适用人群
来进行设计。
本文通过对小户型住宅的空间特点和其配套设施、现代厨房所需各设备等重要
因素的分析和研究,综合现代人生活的行为模式,小户型人群的需求特点,厨房的
操作规律,操作者心理以及最新的厨房设计理念,来逐步构建适合我国国情的小户
型集成式厨房系统的设计原则和方法,完善小户型集成式厨房系统的设计概念。因
此本文的主要内容有以下几个方面:
通过对中西方厨房设计的历史演变的回顾,并结合我国厨房发展的现状给出一
些适合我国现阶段厨房设计发展的建议;
对整体厨房设计概念、设计原则和方法的研究以及概念的延伸,引出小户型集
成式厨房系统设计的基本概念;
结合小户型厨房的空间特点和用户行为的特点,对小户型厨房系统中的橱柜家
具、电器设备和各种设施以及其环境等各要素进行逐一分析并提出设计建议,从而
构建出针对小户型的集成式厨房系统中的各要素的设计原则和方法。
本课题的主要目的是通过对小户型集成式厨房系统的设计方法及设计原则的
研究,一方面完善其设计概念,为针对它的具体的设计方案提供理论指导,另一方
面希望企业和社会能够更多的关注小户型住宅人群的生活状况,从而针对其需求设
计生产出更多的产品。

Abstract
In today's China, the cities' high housing price is a relatively prominent social issue,
which makes a lot of working-class residents, especially young people, tend to buy
small-sized flats instead of big-sized ones. That also mercial apartments,
white-collar apartments, mini-apartments and a series of small-sized flats very popular
for leasing and sales. The main feature of these small-sized flats can be regarded as 'the
sparrow may be small, but fully-equipped'. And most of them are equipped with small
space kitchens. Now most of the kitchens' design concepts, products and equipments are
made for big and medium-sized kitchens, which can be not so suitable for small-sized
ones. Small-sized kitchens should be designed according to their own characteristics and
to the needs of the residences.
With the study and analysis on the spatial characteristics of small-sized flats,
supporting facilities of the kitchens and some other important factors required, and also
with the research on people's behavior patterns, the needs of small-sized-flat
