【摘要】中国加入WTO后,具有雄厚经济实力、先进技术、优质服务和丰富市场经验的外国旅行社纷纷涌入中国旅游市场,给我国旅行社经营带来了极大的危机。国内旅行社对于危机管理纷纷重视起来。本文概述了危机和危机管理,分析了现阶段中国旅行社危机形式并确定危机管理的战略战术,使旅行社在经营管理的过程中避开危机,保持发展的势态,处于常胜不败的优胜位置。

ABSTRACT :China's accession to the WTO, has strong economic strength, advanced technology, quality service and rich experience in foreign travel agencies have the influx of Chinese tourist market to travel agencies operating in China has brought about tremendous crisis.
