威驰整车系统建模及动力学仿真分析
VIOS Vehicle System Building Model and Dynamics Simulation Analysis
摘要
汽车是一个包含惯性、弹性、阻尼等动力学特征的复杂非线性系统,其特点是运动零件多、受力复杂。组成汽车动力学系统的元件有轮胎、悬架、转向系统等。它具有惯性、弹性、阻尼等许多动力学的特点,所以整车又是一个多自由度动力学系统模型。本文先介绍了转向系、悬架、轮胎的结构和作用以及它们与动力学之间的关系,再利用UG软件对威驰汽车的前后悬架、转向机构、轮胎等部件进行建模。模型的前悬架为麦弗逊式,后悬架为纵臂扭力梁式,转向机构采用的是齿轮齿条式结构;设计时对各部件进行了简化处理。最后,将建立的模型导入ADAMAS软件进行动力学仿真分析。主要对汽车直行时和转向时的主销内倾角、车轮外倾角、主销后倾角参数值变化所引起的侧滑和位移变化进行了动力学分析。通过改变以上的定位参数,获得了在汽车不同运行状况下的动力学特征,为整车动力学分析提供了参考依据。

Abstract
Car is a contained inertial, elastic and damping characteristics plex nonlinear dynamic systems, characterized by moving parts and plex stress. Dynamic posed of ponents with tires, suspension and steering systems. It has inertia, elasticity, damping, and many other dynamic features, it is a multi-degree of freedom vehicle dynamic system model. This article first describes the steering system, suspension, tires, and the structure and function of the relationship between them and dynamics, and then using UG software Vios cars front and rear suspension, steering, tires and other parts modeling. Model for the McPherson front suspension, trailing arm rear suspension for the torsion beam, steering rack and pinion is used in the structure; design of the parts were simplified. Finally, the model will be established into ADAMAS dynamics simulation software. When the main straight and turn on the car when the kingpin inclination, camber, caster angle parameter value changes and displacement caused by changes in the spin dynamics analysis. By changing the positioning of the above parameters, obtained in different operating conditions in the automotive dynamic characteristics for vehicle dynamics analysis provides a reference.
