随着社会的发展,企业的竞争变为供应链的竞争,其中库存方面尤为重要,供应商管理库存能有效降低总库存,提升企业竞争力。针对供应商管理库存系统复杂和动态性,本设计创新地运用系统动力学方法,研究整个供应商管理库存系统,通过对影响因素的分析,对企业不断优化库存策略具有重大意义。
本文对制造型企业的供应商管理库存系统进行了研究,并根据实际情况进行建模以及仿真分析。主要研究内容包括:
,优势及目标。又阐述了系统动力学的基础理论,确定了供应商管理库存系统在系统动力学的系统边界,为建模做准备。
、划分子系统,以系统动力学为工具,建立了针对单一产品、基于VMI策略的供应链动态仿真模型。
,针对供应链过程中的关键影响因素进行了定量的分析,找出了4个主要变量,即订货时间、运输时间、库存调节时间和期望库存量对VMI系统平均总库存和稳定性的影响规律,从牛鞭效应、瓶颈对模型进行了分析和优化,最终确定了在一定条件下的具体实施策略,为企业制定物流库存方面决策提供辅助和参考。

The System Dynamics Simulation and Control Factors Analysis of
VMI Inventory
Abstract: With the development of society, petitiveness of enterprises has e supply petition, besides, inventory is particularly managed inventory can effectively reduce the total inventory, what’s more,it can improve petitiveness of enterprises. As vendor-managed inventory system plex,so we can use system dynamics method to study the entire vendor managed inventory system, through the analysis of the factors ,it is of great significance to affect the enterprise to optimize inventory policy .
Manufacturing enterprises VMI system is studied in this paper, and in accordance with the actual situation of modeling and simulation analysis. The main contents include:
