摘要
伴随着互联网技术的高速发展,网络已经成为公众表达自我利益,监督政府行为的重要平台。但由于网络的匿名性、开放性等特点,网上充斥着各种偏激言论,当负面言论没有得到及时引导时,就容易引发网络舆论危机事件。近几年来,我国网络舆论危机事件频发,给行政管理工作和政府公信力带来巨大的伤害。本文详细阐述了网络舆论危机的内涵,并分析了我国网络舆论危机管理的现状,最后,试图从思想、法律法规、技术和管理四个层面来对加强我国网络舆论危机管理提出政策建议。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of technology, work has e an important platform for the public to express their self-interest and oversight of government behavior. However, due work anonymity , openness , and so on , the is full of all kinds of extreme remarks, when the ments did not receive timely guide , it is easy to trigger work of public opinion crises. In recent years, China'work of public opinion crises frequently, bring great harm to the administration and the credibility of the government. This paper describes the meaning work crisis of public opinion , and analysis of the status quo of China'work of public opinion crisis management , and finally , trying to make policy mendations from the four levels of thought , laws and regulations , technology and management to strengthen the management of our online public opinion crisis.
