肝脏慢性病毒感染对结直肠癌肝转移发生
及生存影响

【摘要】目的探讨肝脏慢性病毒感染对结直肠癌肝转移发生率影响,分析感染者和无感染者病例总
体生存情况。方法回顾性研究 2868 例结直肠病例,根据外周血检测结果分为感染组和无感染组,比较两
组患者肝转移发生率,分析两组患者总体生存情况及比较两组肝转移患者生存时间。结果两组病例肝转
移发生率比较差异有统计学意义( P <0畅05 ) ,5 年总体生存率感染组优于无感染组,肝转移伴病毒感染组中
位生存期 26 个月,无感染组 20 个月,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0畅001 ) 。结论肝脏慢性病毒感染可
降低结直肠癌肝转移发生率,有肝脏慢性病毒感染者病例总体预后优于无感染组,肝转移患者伴肝脏慢性病
毒感染预后较好。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of chronic hepatic virus infection on colorectal cancer liver
metastases,and analysis the survival between infected group and non 唱nfected group .Methods 2868 colorectal
cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed .According to the peripheral blood test , patients were divided into
infected group and non 唱nfected group .The incidence of liver metastases and survival pared ,patients with
liver metastases survival time were pared .Results Significant differences were found between two groups
