[摘要]目的:探讨慢性铅暴露儿童的机体氧化应激水平。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。检测贵屿镇118名30岁儿
童血铅浓度;ELISA免疫酶联吸附法检测尿液中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)水平。结果:贵屿镇儿童血铅均值为(±)
Ve,/dL。将血铅水平按四分位数分成4组进行统计学处理,- V.#dL组尿中8-OHdG水平比,——
V.#dL组明显增高(P<)。结论:慢性铅暴露儿童尿液中8-OHdG水平的升高。表明儿童机体处于较高的氧化应激状态,
对儿童生长发育会造成一定的伤害。
