煤矿企业安全文化评价指标体系与评价方法论

摘
要: 论述了国内外安全文化评价研究现状,从安全文化与安全生产融合发展出发,提出了煤
矿企业安全文化评价指标体系的设计原则及设计方法。在此基础上,借鉴“压力- 状态- 响应”
框架模型,建立基于“压力- 状态- 响应”程式的安全文化评价矩阵方法论。同时,以某煤矿企
业安全文化建设为例,进行实时诊断识别。研究表明,安全文化评价矩阵方法论对于不同行业企
业安全文化评价工作具有一定的理论意义及推广价值。
