Phase 1:第一阶段:
Increase the width of runway
17-35 from 45 to 60 meters from
a point 200 m from the
intersection with runway 10-28
to the south andstrengthen
the runway (from
asphalt to concrete) to
increase its PavementClassification
Number (PCN). 增加17-35号跑道的宽度从45至60米,从距17-35号跑道与10-28号跑道交叉点200米的一点向南加强跑道(将沥青换为混凝土),以增加跑道的道面等级序号(PCN)。

Seven (7) months. 七(7)个月。

完成17-35号跑道中间区域,在17-35号跑道与10-28号跑道交叉点左右共400米的的建设工作,(将沥青换为混凝土)以增加跑道的道面等级序号(PCN)。
