文档介绍:微生态制剂对集约化养殖水体净化作用初探
摘要:本文通过人工模拟鲫鱼集约化养殖环境,将微生态制剂添加到鲫鱼基础饲料或将微生态制剂等量进行水体泼洒,比较研究不同微生态制剂的不同使用方式在集约化水产养殖模式下对水体净化效果。选用12只等体积塑质圆底桶,随机分成四组,即A组(饲料未加任何微生态制剂),B组(%净水宝),C组(%巨大芽孢杆菌制剂),D组(在水中泼洒净水宝),每组三个重复。试验期为15天,隔天对水体的温度、pH、溶解氧、高锰酸盐指数()、氨氮()、亚硝酸态氮()等六项水质指标进行测定。试验表明:各种微生态制剂的不同处理间水质指标无显著差异(P﹥)。微生态制剂在集约化模式下未能改善水质条件,两种方式对水质净化效果不明显。

Preliminary Study on Water Bioremediation in Intensive Aquaculture by Probiotics

Abstract: The aim of this experiment was pare the improvement effect of water quality treated by different kinds of probiotics or by different methods in artificial simulative intensive aquaculture system. 12 cylinder aquarium (volume m3) were used and divided into four groups with three replicates each randomly corresponding to the four treatments: A (without any probiotics in diets), B (containing % Jingshuibao in diets), C(containing % BM), D( the Jingshuibao was sprayed in water directly). The major water quality items including water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia (), nitrite nitrogen (),potassium permanganate () were detected every other day for 2 weeks. The result showed that there was no significant difference between different treatments (P﹥).
